Computers, Internet, Stands and Work, Work, Work

I have once again been having an absolute nightmare with both my internet and my computer. It's been getting in the way of all the projects I have on the go, personal emailing and of course as my work is in the main online based, it's been wreaking havoc with that too! On the plus side I am now in a slighty better, sounder (well just about) situation then I was at the beginning of the week (the Job Center decided to stop my benefits without informing me) and you have all been saved from a crazy, tearful rant about my frustrations at the Job Center! Believe me, it wouldn't have been pretty.

On the up side there has been some success this week. I have started a photoblog diary of my day to day discoveries in and around Berlin which you can check out here: Berlin - I See You I am also a ways in to developing a new monthly event/small business adventure which I am really excited about (just fine tuning the last details but will reveal all soon enough) and I have also written a bilingual children's book (not as super fancy and impressive as it sounds as it is for the very young ones so nothing over complicated) and am working on a few more to make a little collection. It's all go here!

I've also had a number of sales since the beginnning of the month which means that the newly named shop (changed from 'Millicent's Closet' to 'Miss Bea wants' because of crazy naming issues) has finally had enough reviews and views for people to trust in it and this coming weekend I will be having a stand at the Trend Mafia Designer Markt in Mitte which I am really excited (and a little nervous about).

AND...last but not least I have been nominated for the Top 25 Single Parenting blogs over at 'Circle of Moms'. I'd REALLY appreciate it if you'd click on the logo below and vote for me!

Truly a busy busy week. Bring it on!

I love to read your comments so please feel free to let me know what you think...

  1. Would love to see your bilingual book when it's out - perfect for my nephew who is growing up in a bilingual German/English house in Berlin. Good luck with all your other ventures too, and congrats on your nomination!
